Saul Valencia, MD Family Medicine

Saul received his bachelors degree from Washington State University, his medical degree at the University of Washington and family practice residency training in Yakima. Having grown up a farmworker in the Yakima Valley, he was taught the importance of hard work, education and of contributing to my family’s well being.

Living without medical and dental insurance while growing up, Saul appreciated the care given at the local community health centers. He is glad these facilities served the farmworkers, uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid and Medicare patients. He chose Tri-Cities Community Health Center as his employer of choice because of this. In his spare time, he enjoys family time with his wife and two children, as well as fishing, hiking, camping and boating.
