At Tri-Cities Community Health, our mission is to provide exceptional medical care regardless of a patient's ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee discount that helps individuals and families who are uninsured or underinsured to receive medical services at a reduced cost based on their income and household size.

Who is eligible?

All TCCH patients may be eligible to receive care on a sliding fee discount, depending on their household income.

What services are discounted?

Medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and pharmacy may be discounted for those who qualify.

What do I need to qualify?

Proof of income and family size are required. If you do not have documentation, please let us know.

Can I qualify if I have insurance?

Yes, even with insurance you can qualify.

You may apply any time either in person at any of our convenient TCCH locations or over the phone by calling (509) 547-2204.

How long is the sliding fee valid?

Patients must renew their information every year.

What happens if I fail to meet the eligibility requirements?

Our mission is to provide care regardless of ability to pay. Talk to us about payment plans and grace periods. Legal status, residency, and citizenship are not determining factors for eligibility for the sliding fee discount program.
