Elinor Johnson, PA-C Family Medicine
I grew up in Idaho fishing, skiing, snowboarding, golfing and picking wildflowers. My family often visited El Salvador, my mother’s birth country, where I discovered a love for serving the underprivileged. In college I studied global health and anthropology. I started working for a dermatologist who helped me achieve my medical assisting certification. Then, I worked in a community health center and found my purpose – providing comprehensive medical care to the underserved. Going into PA (Physician Assistant) school, I knew I wanted to work in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) upon graduation. After three years in an FQHC in Idaho, I moved to Washington for both personal and professional reasons. Outside of work, I enjoy all the same activities I grew up with, plus group dance classes and playing with my cats.Â
