
Emad Abu-Khieran, MD Internal Medicine
Emad attended medical school in Baghdad, Iraq, and moved to the United States in 1998 to complete an Internal Medicine residency in New York. He moved to the Tri-Cities in 2001 and joined Kennewick General Hospital now Trios Hospital. Emad has 20 years of experience working as an attending physician both outpatient and inpatient. He also worked as an occupational health physician for 7 years and has a medical review officer certification. Emad had an active role in the internal medicine residency program education, supervising residents and an active role in management. Emad likes outdoor activities with his family, such as skiing and hiking, and is an avid tennis player.
