Taking care of women is my passion. Surrounded by four extraordinary sisters who were the best mentors and friends, I learned so much about personal strength and self-worth.They were also the first to predict my future career as a provider due to my “bad handwriting”.
A guiding principle when counseling my patients is to consider what I would want to tell them if they were my own sister, mother, or grandmother.
My passion and purpose to work with women includes my interest in providing a whole person approach to health care that includes emotional, physical and mental wellness. I also provide care to patients from adolescence to late adulthood, and incorporate preventive care and patient health goals in to each treatment plan.
As part of the marvelous obstetric journey, I deliver patients’ babies and operate with extreme precision using the most advanced techniques and evidence-based practices. Just as important to me as providing targeted care to patients, is being a sounding board for women and sharing knowledge and guiding in their decision making process.
It is very rewarding to be joining a nonprofit organization whose mission aligns so well with my values and beliefs in helping patients and has far-reaching impact in the surrounding community.
