HOW YOU CAN HELP STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
TRI-CITIES COMMUNITY HEALTH CONTINUES TO PROVIDE CARE FOR OUR COMMUNITIES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC:
We are here for you. Most of our health centers are open during this time. Behavioral Medicine has been consolidated from three locations to one – – 715 West Court in Pasco.
TCCH has adapted our services to address your health care needs, and is keeping our patients safe by:
- Initiating mandatory screening for symptoms at each entrance to our health centers.
- Where appropriate, using telephone visits with our physicians, nurse practitioners and therapists rather than in-person visits
- Offering medical drive through appointments at 1801 East Sheppard and 515 West Court, both in Pasco

- Providing curbside delivery service of replacement glasses and contact lenses at 515 West Court in Pasco
- Emergency eye care services are offered at 515 West Court St. in Pasco.

Services affected by government restrictions and/or recommendations:
Eye Care Services
Based on recommendations from the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Optometric Society and the Centers for Disease Control, the eye clinic will be open only for essential appointments and emergency appointments. All routine or non-essential appointments as determined by our Optometrists will be rescheduled until these recommendations change. We will be available for phone appointments to determine if an “in person” appointment is necessary. The retail optical department will not be open for new orders. For those patients who need to order glasses due to breakage or contact lenses due to running out of lenses, we will be taking orders over the phone based on previous prescriptions. For those patients who need to pick-up glasses or contact lenses, please call ahead. We will have you remain in your car and will bring your glasses or contact lenses out to you. We are here to talk by phone, answer your questions, and provide guidance for the care you need.

SPECIAL HEALTH INSURANCE ENROLLMENT PERIOD
In response to COVID-19 the Washington Health Benefit Exchange has announced a limited time special health insurance enrollment period for qualified individuals who do not have health insurance.
Insurers Pay Full Cost of COVID-19 Testing
Federal law requires all health insurers (except short-term plans) to cover all costs associated with COVID-19 testing – without imposing any copays or deductibles, and regardless of whether your provider is in-network.
This requirement covers the test and the visit that resulted in the order for the test. As insurers are required to reimburse out-of-network providers for these services, the CARES Act requires providers that order or provide testing to post the cash price of these services on their public website.
This pricing list is provided in accordance with Section 3202(b) of the CARES Act, requiring providers to make public on their public internet website, the cash price of diagnostic tests for COVID-19 and the visit that resulted in the order for the test.
- Patient pricing for NP COVID 19 PCR is $97.00
